The rules to be observed in our Bed and Breakfast are not only those established by law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect. Therefore, we ask you to read the following rules and abide by our requirements.
GENERAL RULES
Smoking is strictly prohibited in both rooms and common areas.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed with the property.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed with the property.
Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every 3 days, and sheets are changed every 5 days.
Hot water is provided by a 50/80-liter boiler, sufficient for up to three people. Guests are asked not to overuse it to avoid the risk of being temporarily without hot water.
Out of respect for the property and, above all, for its guests, we ask that you behave in a manner that does not disturb the tranquility of others at any time of the day or in any way.
Guests are asked to treat the items provided in their rooms and common areas with respect.
B&B Nacorè assumes no responsibility for money or items, valuable or otherwise, left in rooms and not handed over for safekeeping.

POOL REGULATIONS
- Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM. Use of the pool outside these hours is prohibited.
- A lifeguard is not required at this pool.
- Showering is mandatory before entering the pool.
- Swimming caps are mandatory; if you do not have one, they can be purchased on site.
- Use of bedroom towels is prohibited. To rent pool towels, please contact reception.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- All guests are required to behave in a manner that does not disturb or inconvenience other swimmers.
- Bottles, glass objects, and other objects not strictly related to swimming are prohibited.
- Running around the pool and diving from the edge are prohibited.
- Playing dangerous games or engaging in exercises that disturb other swimmers is prohibited.
- All pool equipment provided to guests must be used with care and attention, and any damage caused must be compensated.
